The Southern Colorado Economic Development District is a non-profit organization whose membership is the 12 counties of Southeastern Colorado. The primary focus is to provide economic development planning and technical assistance to the member counties. In addition to the services provided to the member counties, The Business Lending Center provides small business loans throughout the State of Colorado.
