SCEDD
membership is open to the 13 counties and numerous communities within the
SCEDD service area. All eligible counties are members. No communities have
exercised their option to join at this time. Board representation is 1 per
county and 1 for each 25,000 population or portion thereof. There are
currently 33 Board Members. Board members are appointed by
the County Commissioners of the county in which they reside. The following
